Don’t worry I don’t plan on doing this everyday but I wanted to give an update of what a good day looks like.

So my notes for today- less protein more fat. But I felt great yesterday, I realized around 3pm I wasn’t tired at all. I found the tracking my food in the app helped me stay accountable and motivated.
